I have made one change to the schedule.  Since both teams lost today, we have all of Friday to catch up!  SO, Friday's practice changes to
MAIN ROLES 2-6 p.m.
ORPHANS 2-4 p.m.
Hopefully after that we can get back on track! :)

The full schedule is posted in the column to the right.  It is a link to a document.  If you are using a smart phone or tablet, you may have trouble accessing it.  You should be able to solve this by viewing it from a computer.
You also should be able to print it.  If you do choose to print it, however, be sure to check it for updates, weekly!  Unforeseen circumstances always arise and we have to be flexible.  I will try my best not to ADD any practices and will hopefully shave some down as we progress.  It is a good idea to check the schedule on Friday and Sunday nights.
If you see ANY conflict, of any kind, please let me know ASAP!  If I am aware early enough and am able, I can rearrange things!
Take special note of the 1st Run-thru and the Final Run-thru.  We are finalizing the Final Run-thru date, but as of now, it is correct.

This next week is not normal for practices.  Due to a holiday and a Friday basketball game, we had to make some changes.  Please be patient, as I will attempt to get the rest of the practices up by tonight or tomorrow.

AUDITION RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This year's audition process was great!  Thank you to each student who participated!  We have a nice-sized group for our Upper-School and Lower School cast.  "Annie" only has a handful of roles for Lower School.  That being said, if we could, we would put EACH ONE of you in the show.  So, if your child's name didn't make this list, please don't lose heart!  Next year is a whole new year, with a new play and new opportunities.  If all goes as planned it will be a play with TONS of "kid" roles! Please come back and audition again!  If you are a parent whose child is not on this list and you still want to volunteer, please let me know! 
Also, if you are an upper-school student who tried out and whose name does not appear on the list, please let me know asap!  There is hardly a year where I don't somehow misplace someone's name, etc.  EVERY upper school student interested in participating, gets to.  So let me know!
Thank you again for participating!  We hope even those who are not playing a role this year will support their fellow students and sit back and enjoy the show!

Practice Schedule

We are working on a new schedule for this year's play practices.  To begin, we will practice on Mondays (3-5)

Wednesdays  (2-4)

Thursday (3-6) option of scheduled vocal practice for brief periods of time...

i.e. Lily and Rooster 3-3:30, Annie 3:30-4:00, Orphans and Annie 4-4:45 p.m.

Fridays (3-6)

This is an ever-changing schedule and we may see the need to change after only one week.  If your child has any schedule conflicts, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.  We also realize there are sports going on this time of year.  We will be flexible and will be working with coaches to make sure everyone who wants to participate, can participate.

Audition Workshop for UPPER SCHOOL only is Wednesday, January 7, 2-4:00 p.m.IN MR. GIVENS' ROOM.

JANUARY 14

Auditions are Wednesday, January 14, from 12:45-2:00 p.m. for Lower School and 2-5 p.m. for Upper School.IN MR. GIVENS' ROOM.

Auditions are open to the entire school, however there are only a few lower school roles available.  ALL UPPER SCHOOL students who audition, do receive a part. There are singing and non-singing roles available.

There will be audition packets available in both offices on January 7.
